Prevention with Adapt for Life
Adapt for Life at Cincinnati Children’s is a mental health and well-being education program for students in grades 8 through 12. Adapt for Life helps young people understand and plan for stress, including unhealthy or suicidal responses. The goal is to become mentally fit—building healthier habits and skills, such as self and social awareness.
We engage students in schools across the region with interactive, experience-based learning workshops. Our expertise and prevention curriculum better equip students, educators and families to support a child struggling with mental health or a mental illness.
