Techniques and Services Provided by the Facility

Several techniques and services are offered by the Research Flow Cytometry Facility. Proper acknowledgement and citation of our assistance and facility are necessary when publishing findings.

Luminex/ELISA

Samples can be quantitated in the facility with either the Luminex or the ELISA. Data from the samples is provided as an excel spreadsheet.

Software

Analysis workstations are available onsite or users can purchase software licenses for data analysis. Various types of software are available.

Data Analysis

We can assist you with checking your compensation/unmixing and gating strategy as well as analyzing your high parameter data.

Training and Consultation

Learn about the training required to use our equipment, including analyzers, sorters, ImageStream and more.
