Benefits and Compensation
Cincinnati Children’s Hospital has a long history of providing outstanding medical care to children who live in the region, as well as children residing throughout the United States and the from around the world. Upon graduating, the fellow will be capable of providing the highest level of evidence-based clinical care with expanded research and leadership abilities. This fellowship offers unique learning opportunities including:
- Participation in the Leadership Education in Neurodevelopmental and Related Disabilities Program (LEND)
- Observation and participation in specialty clinics throughout the medical center which allows for learning from a variety of mentors and networking with professionals of other disciplines
- Opportunities for volunteer/community outreach
- Participation in occupational therapy research
- Opportunities for collaboration and networking with occupational and physical therapy fellows training in other specialty areas
Compensation
The Fellow will be a salaried employee of Cincinnati Children’s Hospital and therefore receive full employee benefits including health, disability, and liability insurance. The fellow will receive 75% of a full-time therapist starting salary, including paid time off accruals.
