Appointments
If your child is already at Cincinnati Children’s in the ICU, our critical care team will handle the necessary transfer order to move your child into the Transitional Care Center.
If you’re an outside patient and would like to schedule an appointment to tour either of our facilities, please call us directly to make arrangements.
Physician Referrals
If your child is already a patient in the ICU at Cincinnati Children’s, a physician referral is not needed.
If your child is coming from another hospital or medical center that doesn’t offer transitional care, you need a referral from a licensed pulmonologist to be admitted to the Transitional Care Center. Providers can make a referral by calling 513-636-2601 or faxing us a referral form—available at the link below.
