Evaluation Process
All completed applications are reviewed by our fellowship committee. It is the continuing policy of Cincinnati Children’s to afford full equal employment opportunities to qualified employees and applicants, regardless of their race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, physical or mental handicaps, military or veteran status, sexual preference or any other protected condition or characteristic in conformity with all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.
Once your application has been discussed, our program coordinator will contact you to arrange an interview as the next step in the evaluation process.
The interview typically spans one full day. You will meet with various faculty, as well as our pathologist assistants, autopsy technologist and current fellows. Each will last approximately 30 minutes.
If an offer is made, our program coordinator will connect you with our Graduate Medical Education Office to make final arrangements and provide resources to help you find housing and make your transition to Cincinnati as smooth as possible.
