Cutting Edge Therapies for Bone Marrow and Immune Deficiency Conditions
The Division of Bone Marrow Transplantation and Immune Deficiency at Cincinnati Children’s is an international leader in delivering cutting-edge therapies for many diseases such as refractory, or hard-to-treat, cancers, rare genetic conditions affecting the immune system, hemoglobinopathies and bone marrow failure syndromes.
Stella M. Davies, MBBS, PhD, MRCP is the division’s director. Davies and her colleagues have developed disease-specific hematopoietic stem cell transplant approaches and new treatments that have improved outcomes for patients. Many of these approaches have become universally accepted standards of care. Our team of internationally recognized specialists and researchers manages every stage of treatment.
