The Center for Autoimmune Liver Disease (CALD) at Cincinnati Children's offers extensive experience in diagnosing and treating different forms and stages of pediatric autoimmune liver disease (AILD), including:
- Primary sclerosing cholangitis (PSC)
- Autoimmune hepatitis (AIH)
- Autoimmune sclerosing cholangitis (ASC)
- Other forms of autoimmune liver disease

Our focus at the CALD is to improve the outcome of children and adolescents with autoimmune liver disease through:
- Multidisciplinary care
- Education for patients, families and providers
- Understanding the pathophysiology of the disease, including genetic and environmental risk factors
