Expression Level Analysis of Genes
The Single Cell Genomics Facility (SCGF) offers a comprehensive suite of services for gene expression analysis at both the single-cell and bulk levels. This facility caters to researchers from Cincinnati Children's Hospital, the University of Cincinnati, and collaborating academic institutions. Since its inception in 2000, the SCGF has successfully processed gene expression data from over 19,400 samples and hundreds of single-cell projects for more than 100 investigators.
