Our lab is dedicated to the study of the physiology of cerebral cortex as it relates to diseases and disorders affecting movement in children. Much of our research has involved ADHD or Tourette syndrome symptoms. However, the interests of our primary and affiliated researchers are broad. Therefore, we facilitate research in a variety of areas with collaborators outside our group who share an interest in understanding the relationship between brain physiology and brain diseases, often through our work in Cincinnati Children's MEG Core. In addition, we anticipate expansion of our current efforts to research treatment applications of transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS).
