Our Lab is Recruiting!
The lab has an immediate opening for PhD graduate students, MD/PhD graduate students, Research Fellows and Research Associates to perform research investigating how the immune system works and how immune responses are regulated.
The ongoing projects currently revolve around two physiological contexts: (1) reproduction, pregnancy, and immunological changes unique to the maternal-fetal dyad, and (2) maternal modifications to antibodies that enhance neonatal host defense against infection. The projects are unified by integrating glycobiology and immunology, including sialic acid interaction with sialic acid receptors.
Qualifications:
- PhD in related discipline, MD, or equivalent required.
- Experience in immunology, use of mice, flow cytometry, antibody purification and characterization preferred.
