The Center for Stem Cell and Organoid Medicine (CuSTOM) at Cincinnati Children’s is a multi-disciplinary team of scientists, clinicians and entrepreneurs using advances in developmental biology and stem cell technologies to revolutionize personalized medicine and improve patient care.
Our world-renowned scientists have developed a way to use stem cells from patients to generate miniature organs, known as organoids. These organoids are a revolutionary platform to understanding disease, developing new personalized treatments and, ultimately, generating tissue for transplantation.
We're Recruiting
CuSTOM is launching a major new initiative to recruit Assistant Professor tenure-track faculty. We invite application from talented investigators with innovative research programs studying human development or disease using PSCs and organoids.
CuSTOM seeks motivated collaborative postdoctoral fellow to investigate single cell genomics of human GI organoids in regenerative medicine. Studies will focus on the mesenchymal niche that supports engraftment during transplantation.
