Rosen Research Lab

Striving to Increase Equitable Outcomes for All Children

The Rosen lab focuses on increasing consistent and equitable health outcomes for pediatric patients by decreasing preventable infectious diseases. To accomplish this, our research objective is to develop and assess behavior change techniques (at patient and provider levels) to drive effective implementation strategies—defined as methods to enhance the adoption, implementation, and sustainability of evidence-based clinical practices—to decrease infectious diseases in pediatric patients through the healthcare setting.

Our projects have explored:

  • The co-creation and assessment of a virtual reality training platform to support clinician recommendations of the HPV vaccine, and the COVID-19 vaccine
  • An evaluation of an innovative adolescent pregnancy prevention curriculum
  • The development of quality improvement resources for health systems
