Cultural Humility Training

In May 2022, Christine Heubi, MD, was one of 26 faculty members who completed a train-the-trainer seminar on cultural humility. Cultural humility is a framework for exploring impactful topics such as diversity, equity, inclusion, intersectionality and oppression. These faculty will continue to meet in FY23. They will use their training as facilitators to inspire meaningful conversations across the medical center with a goal of building a workspace where all needs are acknowledged and hopefully met.
