Fellowship in Medical Simulation
The Cincinnati Children's Center for Simulation and Research is seeking applicants for fellowship to join a dynamic group of simulationists. The fellow will work alongside two physicians (medical director, research director), an operations director, a project manager, eight education specialists, a simulation technician, an administrative assistant, and a research associate in our two multi-unit simulation labs and during in situ simulations at two free-standing, academic pediatric hospitals. The fellowship will be 12 months in length, with 50% of effort towards simulation and 50% working clinically in the fellow’s unit of specialty.

The Center for Simulation and Research is an accredited center for medical simulation by the Society for Simulation in Healthcare. We were the first accredited pediatric center in the United States, and currently are accredited in Core Operations, Education, Research and System Integration. With over 100 current simulation courses representing diverse clinical and educational settings, a track record of successful mentorship and fellowship completion, and greater than 10 years of academic and research productivity in simulation-based medical education and health systems integration, the Center for Simulation and Research is offering a simulation fellowship in one of the leading pediatric simulation centers.
