- Describe diseases, treatments and medicines in a way that’s easy to understand.
- Keep all health discussions private, as required by law.
- Provide quality care to all patients and make sure you know how to get care during and after office hours.
- Work with you and other providers, as needed, to coordinate any extra care for your child.
- End each visit with clear instructions about what to expect, treatment goals and future plans.
