Concierge Services at a Glance

When your child needs medical care, you already have lots of worries. Traveling to an unfamiliar hospital campus (and a new city) shouldn’t be one of them.

If you’re scheduled to visit Cincinnati Children’s, leave the planning to us. Whether you need help reserving a nearby hotel room, booking an airport shuttle or finding local restaurants, our Concierge Services team will take care of it.

Our friendly staff is available seven days a week to help you plan your trip—and support you while you’re here.

In-Person Assistance

How We Help

If you have nonclinical questions during your stay—and want to talk to someone face-to-face—you can swing by our desk in the Family Resource Center.

We can help you with a wide range of requests, including:

Obtaining meal cards for the hospital cafeteria
Finding a private and quiet space to catch up on work
Finding your way around our campus
Purchasing a child car seat or booster seat
Renting electronics such as handheld gaming devices and portable DVD players

Where We Help

You’ll find us on the first floor of the A concourse (near the Orthopaedics Clinic) at our Burnet Campus in Cincinnati. We’re open M-F from 6 am – 8:30 pm.

We also provide in-person assistance at our Liberty Campus in Liberty Township. The Family Resource Center is located on the second floor, and is open M, W, Th and F from 8:30 am – 5 pm (hours at this location may vary).

Looking for a nearby restaurant that serves vegetarian or kid-friendly options? We can recommend local dine-in or take-out favorites.

Discounted Entertainment

If you need to entertain other family members during your child’s hospital stay, you can purchase discounted tickets to popular attractions like the Cincinnati Zoo or Newport Aquarium. Learn more.
