An Introduction to Pediatric Nursing for High School Students
A 2-day interactive boot camp at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Burnet campus for current sophomore and junior high school students. This educational experience will introduce students to the pediatric nursing profession.
The program is led by nursing clinical instructors who will guide students through practicing hands-on nursing skills, learning about pediatric nursing careers, and providing an opportunity to shadow a nurse.
Dates
The program will be offered on two occasions in 2025: June 9 and 10 OR July 16 and 17.

Requirements

- Higher than 3.0 GPA (must be verified by submitting a transcript)
- Must be able to attend both sessions (June 9 and 10 OR July 16 and 17)
