How to Apply

Interested candidates should complete an online application using the link below (application period open from July 1st – Nov. 1st each year).

All applicants must qualify for Ohio medical licensure and be either:

(1) graduates of an ACGME-accredited residency and be board-certified/board-eligible with the American Board of Pediatrics, the American Board of Emergency Medicine, etc.
or (2) certified as an advanced practice nurse in pediatric acute care or critical care medicine.

Please note the following documents are needed to complete the application:

A personal statement
A Curriculum Vitae
3 letters of recommendations, one of which being from the Director/Chairman of your department
