Supporting and Connecting with Our Workforce

At Cincinnati Children’s, our vision is to be the leader in improving child health, and we strive to deliver best-in-class care every day. We cannot do this without supporting and connecting with each other—working together to create a supportive, caring work environment for all members of our workforce.

In order to be a model employer for extraordinary people, we must create a system that allows for meaningful connections between our colleagues, enables them to heal from the stress inherent to healthcare work, and supports them to find hope and optimism for the future.

All of this work is grounded in—and connected with—the Quality Excellence work within Cincinnati Children's as well as the U.S. Surgeon General’s domains of workplace wellness, which include safety, connected community, work-life balance, mattering at work, and growth and accomplishment.

Resources

We are proud to offer a variety of mental health, wellness and social support resources for all members of our workforce at Cincinnati Children's.
