What will happen in the study?

Participating in this research study will involve you and/or your child completing a survey. Here are the survey details:

  • The survey which will take no more than 10 minutes can be completed via computer, phone or tablet using a link that will be emailed or texted to you.
  • Once the research team finishes collecting surveys, all identifiers will be removed. This means no one will be able to know who participated.
  • You may also be contacted in a couple of weeks to complete another survey. At that time, you can choose whether or not to participate again.

What are the good things that can happen from this research?

There are no direct benefits to you or your child from taking part in this study, but the results will help us develop a reliable and valid survey that can be easily used in clinical settings.
