“My provider asks a lot of questions”

• She asks me about soccer, school and other things.
• She asks if I remembered to take my medicine.
• She asks what gets in the way of taking my medicine.
• She asks my parents how I’m doing and what they think my treatment goals should be.
• She asks my parents if they need any help managing my medicine.
• Then my parents, my provider, and I make a plan for how I’ll take my medicine better, and what I’ll do until I come back in.
