CPS update
The Cincinnati Pediatric Society has a busy fall in store. We hope you’ll join us for some or all of the upcoming events:
The Annual Lyon Lecture – September 18, at 8 am, in the Sabin Auditorium. Jim Duffee, MD, MPH, from Dayton Children’s, will speak about trauma-informed care. He will also present at a noon conference that day on resident wellness.
CME dinner – November 13. Jilda Vargas Adams, MD, MSc, director, Cerebral Palsy Clinic, will give an update on the condition. Location to be determined.
Fall dinner – November 18, at the Carnegie Hall at Newport, 401 Monmouth Street, Newport, KY. Norbert Weidner, MD, Anesthesia and Palliative Care will be honored with the Founders’ Award. The Robert Schaengold Award and the Third-Year Resident Award will also be presented.
