Access to physician parking will change June 11
A reminder that access to physician parking on P4 of the Visitor Garage at Burnet Campus will change, beginning June 11. At that time, physicians will enter the Visitor Garage at the Burnet Avenue circle entrance and navigate to P4 from there.
This change is necessary due to construction of the new Critical Care Building.
The Erkenbrecher entrance to the physician parking area is expected to be closed until the fall of 2021. Meanwhile, it is very important that doctors continue to park where they are assigned to maintain the spots in the general Visitor Garage for families.
Physicians will have two options when exiting the garage. They can go out the main gate and show their badge to the parking booth attendant to waive any fees, or they can use their badge to leave through the valet exit located at the southeast corner of the plaza level.
West Drive to North Garage closing
Access to the North Garage will change for three months, starting July 1. The West Drive will close from Erkenbrecher to the southwest corner of the North Garage. All cars will enter and exit through a temporary road.
The West Drive is scheduled to reopen on October 1.
