Changes coming to Staff Bulletin
Starting this spring, the Staff Bulletin print edition will have a new look. The design make-over includes a new, easy-to-read typeface, masthead and icons illustrating regular news features, like “Grand Rounds” and “New and Departing Staff.” Graphic elements will give visual clues to help guide your eyes across the page and make skimming stories easier. Page size will remain the same.
The online version of Staff Bulletin will also transition to a new content platform this spring. The platform, called Cerkl, allows you to personalize your monthly email newsletter by choosing the kind of news that interests you most. For example, you can set your preferences to receive more stories about alumni. Or you can select healthcare industry news or research if those are the topics of greatest interest to you. Cerkl also uses machine intelligence to track the kinds of stories you click on. You will then receive more of that type of content. All news articles posted to the online edition will reside in a searchable archive that you can refer to at any time.
