Fall Awards Dinner
The Cincinnati Pediatric Society annual Fall Awards Dinner is scheduled for Sunday, November 19, at the Renaissance Cincinnati Downtown Hotel at 36 East Fourth Street. Cocktails will be served at 5:30 pm, with dinner at 6 pm. Robin Cotton, MD, director, Aerodigestive Center, will be honored with the Founder’s Award. Mary Carol Burkhardt, MD, MHA, medical director, Hopple Street Health Center, will receive the Ray Baker Teaching Award. The recipient of the Robert Schaengold Award was yet to be determined at press time.

Renew your membership
Remember to renew your CPS membership for 2018. Dues are $100 for physicians, $50 for associate membership (emeritus, nurse practitioners and physician assistants), and $25 for residents. This includes:
- Free registration for our quarterly CME dinner lecture series
- Tickets to the spring and fall awards dinners
- Discount registration for the annual pediatric intensive
- Invitations to social and networking events, including our spring sendoff for graduating residents and the family summer outing
- Opportunities for advocacy
