Cincinnati Children’s named top nurse employer in Ohio
Nurse.org, the web’s leading career site for nurses, has recognized Cincinnati Children's as the top hospital for nurses to work for in Ohio. Over the past two years, Nurse.org has collected 2,210 reviews by nurses at 163 Ohio hospitals about their workplace satisfaction. The data from the reviews revealed that Cincinnati Children's has one of the highest levels of job satisfaction among its nurses.
Reviewers cited wonderful management, kind doctors, excellent staffing, and a great learning environment as the basis for the 4.7 star rating, with 97 percent of the nurses surveyed recommending the hospital as an employer.
Said Nurse.org’s product manager, Phillip Lee, “We’re excited to be able to recognize Cincinnati Children's for providing an excellent work environment for nurses. Our survey data shows that the medical center has the highest level of job satisfaction among nurses in the state.”
