Winter Storm Update
Monday, 1/6 - 6:30am Update: Outpatient appointments on Monday, Jan. 6 are now cancelled. Please see below for closure details by area:
- Primary Care: Offices are closed.
- Specialty appointments: All appointments on Monday are cancelled and will be rescheduled.
- Therapy: All appointments on Monday are cancelled and will be rescheduled.
- Testing: All appointments on Monday are cancelled and will be rescheduled.
- Walk-In Lab and Radiology: Closed Monday, all locations.
- Scheduled Radiology Appointments: All radiology appointments are cancelled and will be rescheduled.
- Telehealth: All appointments will proceed as scheduled.
- Surgery: Surgeries and procedures, including radiology and dental procedures requiring sedation or anesthesia are cancelled and will be rescheduled. Cincinnati Children’s will call families to update arrival time or reschedule.
- Patient Research Clinic: All appointments on Monday are cancelled and will be rescheduled.
- Urgent Care: Burnet (Main) and Liberty Campus urgent cares are open their normal hours. Virtual Urgent Care is open 24/7.
- Emergency: Open 24/7.

Sunday, 1/5 - 7pm Update: Due to the winter storm, outpatient appointments on Monday, Jan. 6 are now cancelled through noon and procedures with anesthesia or sedation will not start before 10am. Please watch for calls/texts from our teams.
Sunday, 1/5 - 4pm Update: Anderson, Green Township and Mason Urgent Cares closing at 5 pm Sunday. Burnet (Main), Liberty Campus, and Virtual Urgent Cares are open. Emergency Departments are open.
Sunday, 1/5 - 11am Update: Due to the winter storm, outpatient appointments scheduled on Monday, Jan. 6 before 10 am are cancelled and will be rescheduled.
