Cincinnati Children’s has again been named one of America’s Best Large Employers by Forbes. Of the 701 companies recognized, Cincinnati Children’s ranked No. 30 nationally – in the top 4% across all industries.
In addition, Cincinnati Children’s was the highest-ranked company in Ohio to make the list of America’s Best Large Employers for 2025.
With over 19,500 employees and 1.7 million patient encounters annually, Cincinnati Children’s is the largest employer and health system in Southwest Ohio. This marks the seventh year Cincinnati Children’s has made the Forbes list of America’s Best Large Employers.

Forbes and market research firm Statista compiled the latest ranking of America’s Best Large Employers based on a survey of over 217,000 people working for companies with at least 1,000 employees. The survey evaluated employees’ assessments on things such as Atmosphere & Development, Salary & Wage, Company Image, Diversity, Working Conditions, and Workplace Environment.
