As a nurse practitioner, I work in Critical Care and recently completed my Acute Care Pediatric certification. I strive to provide well-rounded care by focusing not only on my patients’ medical needs but on their emotional needs as well. It’s my goal to keep patients and families fully informed and to help them anticipate any changes.

Children’s innocence and vulnerability have always inspired me. Working with them is extremely rewarding because I know I can make a difference in their lives. I always put the patient and their family first and am careful to avoid getting caught up in daily tasks and seeing patients as a health condition to be fixed rather than remembering they have a life outside the hospital.

I love spending my free time at the lake!
