Jason R. Ruberg, PA-C

I am a physician assistant (PA) on Dr. Mehlman's team, specializing in fracture and trauma care.

I was a four-sport athlete in high school, and as a result, I found myself in the orthopedic office quite frequently. The care I received while I was injured inspired me to become a PA and specialize in orthopedics.

As a former high-school athlete myself, I understand that a kid's job is to have fun. My goal as a PA in pediatric orthopedic trauma is to get kids back to their "job" as quickly and safely as possible. I also understand that going to the doctor's office can be a stressful experience for children and their families, so I strive to make their experience as comfortable as possible.

In my free time, I love playing and watching sports, as well as traveling with my wife, who also works at Cincinnati Children's. Our latest adventures include southern Italy and South Korea.
