I am a family physician with a long career of providing primary care services to patients of all ages. Over the years, I have had the privilege of delivering babies and caring for newborns and children both in the hospital and in my office. I have continued to provide a full range of preventative, diagnostic and chronic care for these children leading into and throughout their adulthood. I have also enjoyed serving as many as four generations from the same family. This allows me to understand the diverse factors that influence both disease and wellness within a family.
My medical training provided a strong emphasis on primary care and rural medicine and my residency strengthened my desire to serve in an area of high need. That is why my pediatrician husband, Dr. Jeff Manser, and I first came to Wilmington, Ohio, in 1988 and have never left. Being a part of this community has been a tremendous blessing. I love the people here and enjoy volunteering at the free clinic, performing sports physicals at the schools, being a medical director for the local pregnancy center and teaching residents at the rural health residency program.
The Wilmington community has given us much more than we could ever give in return. When my husband became critically ill with COVID in 2020, they supported us through weeks of uncertainty and months of recuperation, for which I will be forever grateful. Jeff was passionate about bringing a Cincinnati Children’s Primary Care practice to our beloved community and I am excited to be part of this new venture after retiring from my previous practice of 36 years.
