About

Biography

I specialize in cancer survivorship for adults with a history of pediatric, adolescent or young adult cancers in the Cancer Survivorship Center at Cincinnati Children’s. I’m also the medical director of Cancer Survivorship at the University of Cincinnati Cancer Center and provide primary care services for adult patients with a history of cancer.

Having gone through a cancer experience in my own family, I am committed to helping cancer survivors and their families lead healthy lives after cancer. I look forward to building a life-long relationship with our adult survivors of childhood and adolescent cancers.

I received the Cancer Family Care Unsung Hero Award (2021), the Cincinnati Magazine Top Doctors (2019, 2020, 2021), and the Resident Teacher Award from the Society of Teachers of Family Medicine (2006). In addition, I was chosen for the Cohen Award for Outstanding Performance Role Modeling from the St. Vincent Family Medicine Residency Program (2006) and the Alden Scholar at Allegheny College (1996-1999).

In my free time, I like biking, reading, playing the clarinet, listening to true crime podcasts, gardening and going to Cincinnati Reds Games. I also enjoy spending time with my husband, son and daughter.
