As a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT), I specialize in orthopaedics, sports medicine and pain management. My care philosophy is that movement is the best medicine, and I believe in “green time” instead of screen time. I think a child's job is to be a child and to play.

I have always loved working with children and believe children are our future. I specialize in pediatric pain management because I don’t think children should be in pain. I also treat all patients with respect and kindness.

I’m honored to be the president of the Pain Special Interest Group of the Academy of Orthopaedic Physical Therapy, American Physical Therapy Association (2020 to present) and the American Physical Therapy Association Media Corps national spokesperson on pediatric pain (2020-present). I was also named Physical Therapist of the Year by the Division of Occupational Therapy and Physical Therapy (2021).

When I’m not at work, I enjoy spending time with my family and our dog. I practice what I preach—that movement is medicine. I love to go for walks, ride bikes and work out. I also love to cook, bake and taste test. Lastly, I love to celebrate any occasion!
