- Pulmonary arteries and aorta separating from truncus arteriosus
- VSD allowing both RV and LV to eject to truncus arteriosus
- Pulmonary arteries have been separated from truncus and RV to PA connection established with homograft conduit.
- VSD patch closure directing LV output to truncal root (now aorta).
